We are revolutionizing the industry, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to expand our footprint.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop project plans with milestones and resource assignments.Provide necessary program direction for planning, organizing, developing, and integrating projects across multiple functional areas.Assigning schedules, supplies and equipment to staff members Equipment inventory cycles for all field service vehicles An ability to communicate with the traveling public, co-workers, contractors, and inspectors clearly and confidently. Traveling to customer sites and evaluating Traffic Control Supervisors and FlaggersHelping employees to improve and tracking employee progressMaintaining all rules, safety standards and responsibilitiesSubmitting necessary reports to all stakeholders (senior leadership, HR, dispatch, billing)Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting Traffic Control Supervisors under your supervision.Lead project meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes, and follow up on action items.Maintain files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.Evaluate and assess project results and provide recommendations for future improvement.
