Looking for experienced landscape irrigation technician with knowledge and experience in
able to install a complete irrigation system from beginning to end, that matches specific landscape design plans
Ability to read landscape design plans
knowledge of various types of sprinkler systems, drip zones
capable of deciding sprinkler head placement and type
knowledge of number of zones necessary for a property
highly proficient at creating drip zones
some knowledge of the amount of water certain plants need
Knowledgeable about specific electrical needs to zone boxes
Capable of laying out all materials needed and making one trip to irrigation supply store to purchase all supplies (FYI - I will go with and use my own money for such)
I have an excellent team of very good workers. You will be treated with dignity and respect. It is expected you will treat and manage workers with good communication, dignity and respect. Workers will be here for your assistance and convenience, you will determine to what extent you want their help. I will rent trencher and dig out trenches. Back-flow and all plumbing needs from the house will have been installed with appropriate flow rates, as will electrical. I need someone to lead the sprinkler layout and the install. My workers are coachable and efficient, some have irrigation experience, one is a licensed plumber. This is a one time job, for now. I am involved with other properties and would likely hire you on a consulting basis in the future. Would prefer job to be done March 16, 17, 18. Although those dates can be flexible. You will be paid in cash (I would prefer to write you a check if that is OK - but cash if necessary) at conclusion of job.
