We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and siding installation, with expertise in various techniques and tools. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a team of installers to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Oversee the installation process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various installation tasks.
Perform concrete forming and heavy lifting as required for specific projects.
Fabricate components as needed to meet project requirements.
Conduct construction estimating to ensure accurate material and labor assessments.
Install drywall, tile, and other materials according to industry standards.
Build structures and systems as outlined in project plans while maintaining high-quality standards.
Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction with the installation process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or installation roles, with a strong understanding of building practices.
Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment relevant to installation tasks.
Experience in concrete forming, drywall installation, tile laying, carpentry, and fabrication is highly desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required by the job.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
