Lead Installer and Service Technician responsibilities to include but not be limited to:
The ability to navigate residential and light commercial projects in both retro-fit and new construction applications in a lead man capacity
The ability to install residential and light commercial equipment including air conditioning systems.
The ability to install ductless mini split systems.
The ability to communicate effectively and foster relationships with MGI customers.
The ability to read blue prints and effectively solve problems in the field.
The ability to operate a company vehicle.
