Seeking an exterior siding & trim carpenter with a minimum of 5 years experience working on high end custom homes in the Northern Colorado area. Must be proficient installing windows & exterior doors. Management experience is helpful. Candidates must be fully tooled, cary general liability insurance and have reliable transportation (truck/trailer preferred). Not looking to sub out to a crew- please only apply if you are an independent carpenter. Have multiple projects along the northern front range starting in April.
1099 position initially with opportunity for full time W2 in the future. Compensation is negotiated at hiring.
