Job Summary:
We are hiring a motivated Bilingual Sales Team Member to help us grow our network of local merchants. In this role, you will reach out to merchants, introduce our services, assist them with onboarding, and schedule appointments for our sales team to provide demos and in-person meetings. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible work hours — perfect for candidates who enjoy talking to people and want to earn commissions on top of an hourly wage.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to local merchants to introduce our services.
Answer questions and assist merchants with the sign-up process.
Set up appointments for our sales team to deliver demos and in-person presentations.
Keep accurate records of calls, appointments, and merchant interactions.
Meet or exceed outreach and appointment goals.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making phone calls and handling objections.
Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Work Hours:
Flexible schedule, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate plus commissions for each successful merchant onboarding and qualified appointment.
