Property Manager - Affordable Housing (ONSITE UNIT AVAILABLE, OPTIONAL)

Responsibilities:

As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our affordable housing community. Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead with Excellence: Supervise on-site personnel, fostering a positive working environment, and ensuring the seamless operation of the community.

- Forge Connections: Collaborate effortlessly with internal departments, suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders, building strong relationships along the way.

- Keep Things Top-notch: Oversee the maintenance of the physical asset, adhering to specifications and safety regulations, and conducting thorough inspections.

- Financial Wizardry: Handle financial matters adeptly, including approving payments and monitoring expenditures while adhering to company policies.

- Mentor and Excel: Assist in employee training and development, showcasing your leadership skills to ensure all team members align with company policies.

Apply if you fit the following description:

- 2 years of Property Management Experience: You have a proven track record in property management, demonstrating your expertise in the field.

- Section 42 (IRS) and/or Project-Based Section 8 Experience: Familiarity with affordable housing programs is essential.

Fair Housing Practices: You possess a deep understanding of fair housing laws and regulations.

Tax Credit and/or HUD Compliance: Experience in maintaining compliance with tax credit and HUD regulations.

Resident Interaction: Previous experience in resident interactions is strongly preferred.
