What You'll Do
The most essential element of our firms Transfer Department is performing the transfer of our clients funds into safe investment vehicles. You will run the Transfer Department and operations from top to bottom. It will become your baby and you will look to continually improve operations. Here is what some specific tasks will look like:
You will partner with Major companies to properly transfer funds.
You must negotiate with carriers to shorten transfer times for our clients benefits.
You will be working with the owner and clients to make sure that their wishes are carried out correctly. You will have working responsibility for performing and documenting your efforts.
You will also work with the rest of the TW Retirement team in keeping the customer relationship management system up to date. You ensure accurate records and provide analytical reports on our success rates, etc. You will work with marketing to optimize all calendars for clients and owner.
Who You'll Work With
Our team is very close, and you'll be working side-by-side with the owners. On a day to day basis, you will collaborate with the office manager to complete office tasks. You will work with clients and prospective clients. You will communicate closely with the agent/producer to make sure his calendar is correct and that he can meet and service clients. This is a family business and the right person will become part of the family.
Who You Are
First and foremost, you love life and are a glass half-full type of person. You don't take yourself too seriously and believe that we all need to learn more. You thrive in a role where you can drive growth and be compensated for that growth. This takes a self-starter and hard worker, which you are.
You have the organizational skills of an executive assistant, the execution of an event planner, and the interpersonal skills of a salesman. You might even have held one of those roles recently. You can prioritize tasks, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
You are a people person, who can connect with people over the phone and in person. You will be the primary point of contact for many clients.
You are savvy with computers and Microsoft Office. We don't need you to rewire a computer and write code in Excel, but we need someone who is comfortable with the basic functions and data entry.
You graduated from high school with a diploma or have an equivalent degree.
You can lift up to 40 pounds, as you'll need to help move papers and such around the office Don't worry, we aren't after Mr./Mrs. Olympia.
