Job Overview:
To coordinate and conduct all aspects of office administration, record keeping, personnel resources following the company Mission and Values.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Answer phone and greet drop in clients with a friendly attitude.
2. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for administrative work including but not limited to the following items: filing, MSA’s, ordering office supplies and equipment, general organizing, plat recording, planning for company functions, bill paying, routine errands.
3. Manage employee benefits, reports and new employee setup
4. Maintain a tracking system for all recurring certifications and filing requirements with insurance and government agencies.
5. Maintain inventory for all vehicles, equipment, software, hardware, etc.
6. Maintain vehicle fleet maintenance schedule.
7. Maintain and manage company safety program (ISN, DISA, Veriforce).
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma
2. Ability to pass drug/alcohol tests and background checks.
3. 3 years of bookkeeping experience
4. Experience with QuickBooks
5. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
6. Ability to carry out written and oral instructions.
7. Ability to communicate effectively.
8. Strong attention to detail.
9. Team oriented.
