We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the execution of all marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and driving customer engagement. This role will be responsible for overseeing our social media presence, coordinating in-store events, developing eblasts, supporting online sales, and assisting with marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
20-25 hours per week
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in retail or home décor.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices to drive sales and engagement.
Experience with email marketing.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is required.
