We're looking to fill an open position for a Sign Installer & Shop Assistant - the position is open immediately.

Most of our signs are simple 'post & panel' type of installations that are installed througout NoCo/Boulder/Denver Metro. The occasional vinyl decal installation will also be required - we can train on that.

A typical day would be:

Come into the shop and load the signs for the day on your truck.

You'll be given an optimized route for that day's installs.

Drive to about 6-10 locations a day to either install, remove, or perform maintenance on signage.

Signs are installed in (2) holes that are dug with manual post-hole diggers.

The sign is assembled - dropped into the holes - and backfilled with the dirt removed.

Ensure all signs are level and plumb.

Completion photos of the installed sign are taken, and you move on to the next site.

Day End: Unload all signs that were removed and place them back in inventory for future use.

This position is a one-man crew. About 75% of your time will be spent driving from site to site. Usually, one day will be in Denver, one in Boulder, and one in NoCo - then we start back in Denver and start it all again.

We're open to (5) 8 hour days or (4) 10 hour days. Whatever works best for your schedule. Start time and end times are also very flexible once you're trained and operating on your own. The first couple of weeks, while training. You will likely be Tu-Fr 8 to 5 for the first week or two.

Company phone, truck, and credit card will be provided.

We are a super relaxed company that is looking for someone who is looking for a long-term position. We work year-round and always have a 40-hour week available. We just ask that you give 100% while on the clock, and we'll give 100% back in compensation, flexibility, and a comfortable, low-stress work environment.

Some days will be in a standard pickup truck, other days you'll have a 45' bucket truck that you'll run. If we're doing banners or other work over 20' up - you'll likely take the bucket truck for those days. Those with an extreme fear of heights and/or ladders should probably not apply.

A good applicant will have at least some, if not all, of these skills:

Basic Hand / Power Tool Knowledge

Read a Tape Measure

Driver's License

Reliable Transportation

Decent Driving Record

Good Communication Skills

Ability to Work / Problem Solve Alone

Construction / Landscaping / Fence Building / Sign Installation Background Desired

Basic Computer Skills

ATTENTION TO DETAIL is HIGHLY IMPORTANT. Our signs look better than anyone else's for a reason - You.

If you're a hard worker that is looking for a position with a lot of growth potential - please apply today. Anyone who is used to working outdoors, that can work alone, likes to listen to some music or a podcast for the majority of the day, keeps calm while driving, and gets some stuff done is highly encouraged to apply!

Thanks for taking the time to read through - we look forward to talking with you soon. :)
