We are seeking skilled and dedicated tree crew members who excel in outdoor environments and are committed to providing exceptional service to the community.

- An experienced Trim Supervisor to lead and manage our tree crew team.
- Tree Climbers
- Groundsmen

Trim Supervisor Requirements:
- Current ISA Tree Worker Climber Specialist Certification is required
- Current First Aid, CPR, and AED Certifications are required
- Effective leadership and communication skills combined with a commitment to team success.
- Positive, friendly, personable, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- 5+ years of professional tree climbing & arboriculture experience
- Expertise in climbing, pruning, removals, and rigging with strong physical stamina
- High attention to detail and adherence to industry-standard safety practices
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
All Other Positions:
- Prior arboriculture experience is preferred for all roles
- Capability to safely and skillfully perform all aspects of tree pruning and removal services in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical stamina, work ethic, and reliability
- Customer-service oriented
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Valid Driver’s License and authorized to work in the U.S.
- ISA Tree Worker Climber Certification (preferred)
- First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification (preferred)
