Basic Qualifications:
Dependable and a fast learner
Exceptional critical thinking and time management skills
High mechanical aptitude
Capable of prolonged standing, climbing, balancing, crawling, and lifting over 75 lbs.
Can drive in all weather conditions
Able to legibly write on all paper work
Reliably commute/relocate to Fort Collins
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in underground utility construction
Proven welding and fabrication experience
Proven auto/small engine repair experience
Strong Spanish language skills
Experience operating jetters or CCTV cameras
CDL Class B with tanker endorsement and air brakes
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Complete assigned jobs and daily paperwork (legibly)
Operate equipment properly and safely
Troubleshoot customer issues
Show confidence in what you will learn here to make contractors feel at ease
Follow policies and safe work practices
Assist with traffic control
Foster positive customer and coworker relations
Maintain company image; demonstrate loyalty and integrity
Communicate effectively with management and customers
Field repairs on various equipment
Understand construction plans and specifications
Complete daily documentation legibly
Continually clean work areas and replace tools
Unload/clean trucks after shifts
Occasional overnight stays expected
