Pinnacle Staffing is looking for Heavy Equipment Operators and Pipelayers in the Northern Colorado area
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in construction settings. This role involves operating various types of machinery to assist in building, paving, and digging tasks on construction sites. The Equipment Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, and water trucks on construction sites.
Perform tasks related to building and paving, ensuring high-quality work standards.
Dig trenches and perform excavation tasks as required for various projects.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within safety guidelines.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery.
Skills
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, and water trucks.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment while adhering to safety standards.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration on site.
Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery throughout the workday.
Familiarity with construction site operations and procedures is highly desirable.
Schedule/ Pay:
Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm
Starting at $28-34 per hour depending on experience!
Paid weekly!
