We are currently seeking experienced Foremen with ceiling acoustics experience to join our team in the Northern Colorado branch. Heartland values its employees and strives to be an employer of choice by offering competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.ResponsibilitiesProvide direction, training, and support to Journeymen and Apprentices in the installation of materials on commercial construction sites.Ensure a safe work environment and deliver exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations and budget goals.Plan projects with field installers to complete projects on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards.Read and interpret plans and scope of work for projects, addressing any discrepancies or concerns with supervisors.Conduct job site inspections before and after all jobs to ensure quality and safety standards are met.Enforce safety policies and practices, continuously training and evaluating crew members in safety and proper installation techniques.Measure and document employee productivity, communicating progress to supervisors.Collect and review weekly time cards of assigned crew, ensuring timely submission.Perform field installation work as required and conduct preventive maintenance on company equipment and tools.Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.Manage multiple jobs and direct reports, ensuring attendance, punctuality, and reliability.QualificationsThree or more years of experience as a Journeyman.Excellent understanding and practical experience in installing suspended ceilings.Strong punctuality and reliability.Ability to train direct reports in the installation of suspended ceilings.Proven ability to manage a job with multiple direct reports.Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and explaining plans.Effective communication skills in English to assign tasks to direct reports.Capability to manage and control costs to meet or exceed budget goals.Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends, and varying work schedules.High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred: Ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking direct reports.BenefitsCompetitive salariesMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceAFLAC, FSA, and HSA optionsConcierge assistance for personal work/life balanceMetlaw legal assistancePaid time offCompany-paid long-term and short-term disabilityMatching 401(k) planVisit our website to see the work we're proud of!
