MTS Mobile Staffing is actively seeking motivated individuals to fill both Flagging and General Labor positions. Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction sites. We provide training and certification for Flaggers, and if you already possess certification, that's a definite plus!
Flagger Responsibilities:
Direct traffic and ensure the safety of workers and the public in construction zones.
Communicate effectively with team members and drivers, demonstrating basic English proficiency.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
General Laborer Responsibilities:
Assist with various tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Follow safety regulations and adhere to site-specific protocols.
Requirements for Both Positions:
Ability to speak basic English.
Willingness to undergo flagger training and certification (provided by MTS Mobile Staffing).
Certified flaggers are preferred but not required for the Flagging position.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
