Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and possess experience in landscape, or lawn care settings. As an Applicator, you will be responsible for applying various treatments and solutions to enhance the health and appearance of landscapes and agricultural areas. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate various tools and machinery effectively.
Responsibilities
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other treatments as needed for optimal plant health.
Operate machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
Utilize hand tools for precise application of products.
Conduct regular inspections of treated areas to monitor effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety standards.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding services performed.
Experience
Previous experience in landscape management, or lawn care is preferred.
Familiarity with pest control methods and regulations is a plus.
Proven ability to operate machinery and power tools safely.
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer interaction.
A valid driver's license is required for transportation between job sites.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
