Covell Care and Rehabilitation is a one-of-a-kind mobile outpatient practice offering physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We are looking to provide more support to the Northern Colorado community and are looking for speech therapists in the Fort Collins/Loveland/Greeley areas. This is a great opportunity for a therapist who is looking to manage their caseload, work as little or as much as they would like, and work with a unique group that offers various development opportunities.
We promote independence, safety, and quality of life to patients in their homes, senior living communities, and community settings to treat them in the most optimal setting for learning, trust, and comfort. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most other insurance, and private pay.
Job Purpose: To complete therapy with patients by establishing and following the therapy plan of care, following all recommendations, and staying in compliance with federal, state, and practice rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide communication with the office staff as needed
Communicate about availability in covering patients when asked
Attend therapy treatment sessions on time, in-person or via telemedicine
Evaluate and provide therapy to patients in ethical, appropriate provisions, adhering to practice and privacy standards
Maintain updated licensure in good standing
Complete therapy documentation within 24-48 hrs of treatment
Maintain all requested HR documents
Other duties may be required
Pay Structure: Therapists receive a percentage of reimbursement collected from insurance and work as an independent contractor.
