This job is for a home health caregiver, in service of a patient in her 30's.
Location: Loveland, CO 80537
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $20-25; RNs and LPNs may negotiate for a higher pay than listed here.
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Administer medications and IV infusions as directed by healthcare professionals
Record and monitor vital signs with precision
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and daily routines
Maintain detailed medical records and documentation
Offer emotional support and patient education
Proactively manage tasks in the absence of supervision
Perform house cleaning tasks for a safe living environment for immuno-comprimised patient
Perform other household chores, including laundry and homemaking tasks
Run local errands as needed
Communicate with team members and other caregivers to ensure high quality patient care
Experience:
Preferred experience as a nurse or caregiver working with disabled patients
Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
LPN or RN preferred, though we consider experienced and teachable candidates
Requirements:
Up-to-date on COVID and flu vaccinations
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Successful completion of a background check
