Join a dynamic and patient-focused team supporting a network of 10+ eye care clinics across Colorado. As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping them schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide exceptional service in a high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 80–100 inbound calls daily from established patients.
- Schedule appointments across multiple clinics using a centralized system.
- Verify insurance participation and answer non-urgent patient inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to return voicemails and follow up on patient needs.
- Respond to incoming emails during call downtimes.
- Collaborate with doctors to optimize scheduling and assist with triaging optical issues.
- Deliver a welcoming and professional experience for every patient interaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of healthcare experience in a patient-facing role (e.g., front desk in a high-volume setting).
- At least 1 year of total call center experience (can include the 6 months of healthcare experience).
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Work Schedule & Environment:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Dress Code: Business casual (jeans allowed on some days)
Location: South Fort Collins
Remote Work: Available after 4–6 weeks of in-office training (based on performance)
Pay: $18-$19/hr based on experience
