Expectations include:
-breaking down of fish
-arranging sashimi
-making rolls
-making nigiri
-general cleaning
-general preparation of sushi items
-general customer service
Looking for individual that work well in a team setting, with integrity in their work.
Looking to hire full time immediately. Will be asked to demonstrate skill during interview.
