We are hiring for The Heart Distillery/High Hops front of house.
We have a position open for a full-time team member
This is an entry-level position where no previous bartending is required, We are willing to train the right candidate in the art of bartending. Our establishment is not a bar but a tasting room with a laid-back atmosphere and most nights we close by 7:00 pm.
Applicant Qualifications:
Proven ability to work with little supervision and be able to follow directions is essential
Be organized and detail-oriented
Willing to work some long hours, including weekends and regular evenings
An outgoing personality with a passion for craft spirits and beer is essential
Work effectively with a team
Familiarity with point of sale systems
Ability to lift, carry, pull or push up to 50lbs
A 2-4 year degree in anything is a plus
