Job description
As a production employee for MouCo Cheese Company, you will work with a production team. Duties include cleaning, sanitation, cheese-making, packaging, and quality control.
Job Expectations:
Hours: 30-40 hours, working days are primarily Monday through Friday, some weekend work as needed. Starting hours vary from 6:00 am to 8:00 am. With the end of the day being 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Attention to detail: This position requires high attention to detail, and adhering to our strict production, sanitation and safety standards.

Must be willing to work a physical job:
Lift 50 lbs, and consistently lift and bend throughout the day
Stay on your feet all day
Hot and Humid Environment
Skills to have:
Foodie
Ability to drive a stick shift vehicle is a serious bonus, we do not require a special class of driver’s license
Ability to work in a team environment. Tasks are switched around to create a fully trained team
Kitchen, fermentation, food manufacturing or cheese making experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Raises are determined and timed by work ethic, aptitude and ability to learn.
