Overview: You will work in a corporate environment located onsite with one of our largest and most well-known customers. Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Customer service - working directly with customers troubleshooting issues and monitoring escalation queue to solve escalations in a timely manner
- Installing and configuring OS on client laptops
- Migrating client data to the new laptop
- Picking up surplus equipment from users
- Preparing old equipment for re-dispositioning and e-waste handling
- Processing and testing failed systems returned from clients, diagnosing and creating repair tickets for "Return for Maintenance
- Processing assets returned from clients leaving the company
- Cleaning and testing used systems for redeployment
- Ensuring all client inventory assets are stored and distributed in a clean and professional manner
- Serving as the first point of contact for escalations on troubleshooting issues from Level 2
- 3-5 years technical experience desired
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
- May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
- Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word primarily), Windows 8, and Windows 10
- Technical certifications a plus
