CryoGam Colorado LLC is currently accepting applications for sperm donors at our Fort Collins office!
Minimum qualifications are:
- You must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Be able to provide a complete medical history on yourself, biological parents and grandparents.
- Have some college experience or college degree.
- Make a weekly commitment for 6 months to a year.

Most of your questions can be answered online and we will require that you complete the Pre-Screening Questionnaire (also found online) prior to scheduling your initial appointment.
