Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling: Effectively manage incoming service requests and inquiries, scheduling service appointments for hot tub and swim spa maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional customer support, gathering relevant information, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Dispatching and Coordination: Collaborate with our team of skilled technicians to dispatch them to service locations, ensuring they have all necessary details for each assignment.
Database Management: Accurately maintain customer records, service history, and appointment details in our scheduling system to ensure efficient service tracking.
Service Reminders: Proactively reach out to customers to schedule routine hot tub maintenance and service visits, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of their hot tubs.
Rescheduling and Follow-ups: Handle rescheduling requests with utmost efficiency, minimizing disruptions and providing timely solutions to both customers and technicians.

Requirements:
