How We Help our Clients Succeed
We provide our clients with support during everything aspect involved in securing meaningful employment. As Employment Specialists we help our clients with building resumes, practicing for job interviews, job searching, communicating with potential employers, and supporting them once they are hired. Building a good understanding of what our clients want to do, is key to the success of long-term employment.
Pay rate $18.00/hr
Shift – Part time up to 30 hours a week. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Shift Includes days, evenings, weekdays and some holidays.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support individuals in searching for employment in Weld and Larimer County.
Researching jobs outside of the normal entry level position available to our individuals.
Providing support with job searching, creating resume/cover letters, letters of recommendation and
interviews.
Making connections with new employers to advocate for hiring of our individuals in their companies.
Maintain regular communication with clients, supervisors and family member.
Provide on site training of specific job duties to individuals placed in community jobs by working side by
side.
Utilize a variety of training techniques to ensure mastery of job task.
Maintain daily notes for each client. Monitor files maintain detailed and accurate case nots for all
interactions.
Assist clients with employment forms and orientations.
Support Individuals in increasing independence in their workplace.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older
Employment is contingent on the results of a criminal back ground check
Must have reliable transportation, proof of current insurance, acceptable driving record, and valid driver’s
license.
Good communication skills, verbal and written
