Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Client in Longmont, CO
SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a multifaceted position with the overall broad objective of providing assistance and support to customers resulting in complete customer satisfaction and increased sales by coordinating all requests for information, promotional material, or products with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for all aspects of day to day customer service to include order entry, problem resolution, customer relationship management, and collections as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required
Accurate Order Entry is required
Customer service experience required
Ability to handle a high volume of customer calls and multi-line phone experience is required
Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Knowledge of computer use and applications
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word required
Must be detail oriented and able multi-task in a fast-paced environment
