FPI Management is currently looking for an SALES MANAGER to join our team!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Affinity Living Communities is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to assist in our leasing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build relationships with potential residents, network with other senior housing and service providers, and provide exceptional consultative based customer service to each prospective resident they encounter. This role requires a confident, and goal-oriented individual who has a passion for sales success, for people, and for selling the Affinity lifestyle.

As the face of the community's sales efforts, the Sales Manager's ultimate goal is to ensure every call is answered, every email is responded to, and every prospective resident's unique needs and questions are addressed using discovery-based sales techniques. The Sales Manager will focus his/her energy on helping people overcome their doubts and reservations related to changing their current living situation and lifestyle. Through relationship selling, strategic thinking, and a continued commitment to helping people, the Sales Manager will discover the underlying needs and wants of potential residents which he/she will use to help guide the prospect through the decision-making process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS for consideration: 5-10 years of relevant sales experience, Preferred experience in multifamily, sales/leasing. Senior living industry is a plus. Willingness to work evenings and weekends. Valid drivers license & insured operable vehicle. A High School diploma or equivalent, English language proficiency (read, speak and write), and the ability to pass a full background check and drug screening (Note: As it relates to marijuana use, FPI will consider any applicable state law when dispositioning test results).
