In 2017, they opened a brand new home office in Centennial, Colorado that has employee amenities consisting of a full gym and locker room, cafeteria, heated parking garage, nitro cold brew and kombucha on tap, and a panoramic view of the mountains. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: Contract Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for multiple roles across IT and engineering for my client's offices across Europe. They will also manage effective candidate and hiring manager communication, providing insights on local market conditions to the hiring managers and asking smart questions to get a deep understanding of my client's business and culture and be able to find the best match for any given role and apply the most effective recruitment strategy. This role is part of EMEA Recruiting team so a lot of recruitment activity will be handled remotely. You will work in a team of HR and Recruitment professionals helping build the future of my client - one hire at the time.
- Recruitment - previous experience of recruiting for technical and engineering positions and understanding the local talent markets, challenges and opportunities.
- Communication - ability to approach, partner with and convince the hiring managers, the candidates and wider HR team
- Team work - helping the EMEA team achieve its goals. Learning and sharing knowledge
- Creativity and innovation - thinking outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness.
