You will develop and lead strategies to centralize and standardize Service Desks and improve end user satisfaction. Support innovation by proactively identifying new opportunities and striving for improvements, while exercising organization-wide strategic thinking. You will plan budgets and roadmaps with Service Desk strategic partners and Information Technologydepartments establishing effective working relationships to overcome barriers impacting performance and outcomes.Assists in the integration and implementation of multiple mission-critical organization information technology processes and strategies.ResponsibilitiesFunctional Area Responsibilities include but are not limited to:● Directs, defines and monitors service levels and drives continuous improvement of the overall performance in the delivery of support. Cultivate a positive care group that supports our mission and values.● Partners closely with IT Leadership; focuses on efficiency and transparency and continues to enhance service desk and operational experiences between teams.● Develops and manages the operational budget with analytics to manage vendors, control costs and meet the system financial goals; accountable for accurate financial forecasting and budget management.● Manages multiple people and vendors to effectively execute plans and implement change, reflecting agility.● You will work with cross-functional teams to understand the upcoming implementations and ensure appropriate support processes are defined and documented in knowledge articles for IT and self-service.● Supervises staff including conducting performance evaluations, coordinating training, hiring, discipline and termination procedures.This role will have progressive experience in management with staff, vendors and budget responsibilities. You will have exceptional leadership ability. You will have robust organizational, written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex concepts to executives and working level audiences. Excellent problem solving skills are necessary to resolve issues quickly and drive service delivery with the right processes, communication channels and metrics in place to measure and ensure success. Master’s degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience

10 years of relevant technical and business experience required

8 years Information Technology Leadership experience required

Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders required

Demonstrated ability to launch and deliver IT projects on time and within budget required

Required Licensure and Certifications ITIL Foundation
