Payroll Accountant

Description We are actively searching for a Payroll Accountant to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. This role primarily revolves around serving as a liaison between employees and the company, processing data, and conducting data analysis. The position also involves managing the Money Network paycard system for our international employees, and ensuring that all data balances correctly. Responsibilities Facilitate effective communication between employees and the Money Network, addressing any queries or issues that arise Conduct data processing tasks, including downloading reports and analyzing data Ensure that all figures balance correctly by monitoring data in Excel and the Infor Lawson system Manage the registration of new cards in the Money Network paycard system for international employees Uphold confidentiality regarding employee pay information Utilize various accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Concur Perform various accounting functions, including accrual accounting and auditing Administer 401k - RRSP Administration and use About Time software system. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is crucial for managing financial records efficiently. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services to facilitate seamless payroll processing. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required for efficient workforce management. Knowledge of Ceridian software for effective payroll and HR services. Mastery of Concur for streamlined expense management. Should be well-versed in 401k - RRSP Administration for effective retirement planning. Proficiency in About Time software for efficient time and attendance tracking. A strong understanding of Accounting Functions to ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Knowledge of Accrual Accounting to maintain accurate financial statements. Auditing skills are necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
