Part Time Bookkeeper

Description We are in search of a PART TIME Bookkeeper to join our team in the non-profit industry, situated in Englewood, Colorado. This role involves maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. MUST BE LOCAL TO COLORADO. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Conduct regular account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Oversee and manage the organization's bank reconciliations. Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting. Perform month-end close procedures, ensuring all financial data has been recorded and reported accurately. Prepare and process payroll for all employees. Maintain and manage accurate customer credit records. Engage in data entry tasks, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and accessible. Leverage Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
