Description We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. In this role, you will be developing and implementing content strategies, managing social media activities, and driving marketing initiatives to increase sales growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing programs from inception to completion, utilizing internal resources and fostering teamwork Collaborate with various teams on an array of materials such as creative briefs, web pages, presentations, videos, social media posts, and marketing materials Create engaging promotional videos for brand promotion across various social media platforms and websites Optimize and edit graphic and video content suitable for different social media platforms Participate in video projects from conceptualization to delivery, including storyboard, design, animation, and production Generate graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social media, and other digital platforms in line with our brand and values Leverage customer insights, market analysis, and marketing best practices to formulate successful strategies Conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design and evolve lead-nurturing tactics Manage content and updates for customer touch points, participate in events, and provide sales support Analyze customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more leads with experience in the field Present marketing programs, strategies, and budgets to internal and external teams, as well as senior leaders Design infographics and presentation materials to simplify complex concepts and data Oversee the design and uploading process for all project materials, adhering to best practices for using a content management system Maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Marketing Manager. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Captivate, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Acrobat. Hands-on experience with CRM software and Facebook Insights. Familiarity with Google AdWords and Google Analytics. Proven track record in creating effective advertisements and increasing brand awareness. Understanding of budget processes in marketing. Experience in campaign planning and execution. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to provide art direction and maintain brand consistency across different platforms. Experience in audio and video production. Familiarity with brand standards and ability to create corporate identity. Proven ability to create content for corporate social media. Experience in providing creative services and design skills. Experience in digital campaign design, digital media, digital photography, and digital video. Proficient in email design and running email marketing campaigns. Experience with Final Cut Pro software. Strong graphic design skills. Proven experience in marketing communication, creating marketing content, and marketing material. Experience in promotional marketing and managing marketing promotions. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and ability to design brochures. Experience in communication design.
