Facilities and Equipment Technician II

Our Maintenance Technicians are crucial at Chuze Fitness. They ensure the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of equipment and facilities, directly impacting member experience and operational success. You'll handle preventive maintenance, perform repairs on fitness equipment, and collaborate with your facilities team and across departments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Maintain cross-departmental communication to remain up-to-date on repair and replacement needs in customer-facing spaces and facility infrastructureWork within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders for both in-house duties and outsourced contractor servicesUtilize Building Management System (BMS)/Energy Management System (EMS) to review property operationsCoordinate outsourced projects by reviewing pricing and approving contracted jobsInspect and perform preventive maintenance, identifying repair and service needs and prioritize the most critical repairs to minimize disruptions to members wherever possibleAssist in performing repairs and maintenance of equipment and maintain the Maintenance LogMaintain an overview of inventory counts and order new equipment and supplies as neededTravel within the market to participate in training sessions, department meetings, and provide support, as neededChuze Kindness while completing assignments on the gym floor or other member-facing areasComplete administrative tasks promptly, including email management and communicationPerks & Benefits Include:Professional training and growth opportunitiesFun work environmentFree gym membershipFree iChuze MembershipCell phone stipendDiscount on all retail purchases Standard 40 hour work week, Monday through FridayMedical, Dental, Vision & Life InsuranceAccrued PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays401k
