Extended Service Plan Sales AgentWe have an excellent opportunity available for high-energy and motivated phone sales professionals at our Englewood, CO call center. This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative, solution-oriented professional with strong sales and communication skills. This property and casualty insurance licensed sales position is commission driven with the potential for a six figure income and all leads are internally provided.Responsibilities:· Utilize strong outbound sales skills in an effort to increase our membership base by calling company provided leads and outstanding follow up skills· Utilize strong inbound sales skills in an effort to increase our membership base through effective and professional selling habits· Utilize observational and active listening skills to search out and build additional selling opportunities· Ability to follow and work within an effective and concise sales process· Ability to engage, build rapport, and create value based and personalized presentations · Understanding customer needs and requirements· Ability to utilize problem solving skills to overcome prospect objections· Ability to build and maintain a sustainable pipeline· Ensure member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and establishing long term member relationships· Must demonstrate the ability to meet quality assurance guidelines on every callMinimum Qualifications:· Property and Casualty License required or ability to obtain· College degree preferred· 2+ years of sales experience required· Insurance (Property and Casualty) background preferred· Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license within a designated time· Must have demonstrated abilities to convert and close sales opportunities· Ability to overcome objections· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels· Ability to work any assigned shift during business hours· Comprehensive computer skills requiredPay Range:$16.07-$19.10 HourlyIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Tuition Reimbursement, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave, and on the job training opportunities.
