Our company is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Level II technician to join our team. As a Desktop Support Level II technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal customers in a fast paced, demanding environment. The ideal candidate must have experience in support ticketing systems and possess strong technical skills in desktop support in a mixed OS environmentResponsibilities:Provide technical support to employees for desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheralsMaintain inventory of workstation hardware and software.Maintain and update desktop operating systems and softwareManage and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient mannerCollaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and implement solutionsAssist with the maintenance and administration of the desktop environmentProvide excellent customer service and communication to end-usersProvide training to employees on new desktop software and hardware.Maintain documentation of desktop hardware, software, and network configurations.
