and motivated Third Shift Cooler Relief Warehouse operator to perform any

combination of picking, pulling, and building orders, palletizing

products, loading, unloading, and staging materials for outgoing

delivery, and working any station or line that is assigned. Additionally,

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean, set-up, operate, and monitor equipment on the production line

Ensure that the proper materials are used for each product being produced

Complete all required documentation and quality checks

Record and document all production runs, downtime, weights, code

dates, and label verifications

Review charts, screens, quality check sheets, and specifications that

are in both hard copy and electronic format

Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks on equipment in both manual and

automated capacities

Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed

Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties

Maintain communication with other departments, supervisor, and employees

and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the

efficiency of production

Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate

format and completed with required information. Ensure all required

information is documented in accordance with SOP's

Review process data and equipment performance data to improve quality,

throughput, and troubleshoot

Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management

immediately

Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state

and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues

Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner

consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and

sanitation requirements

The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level

High school diploma or GED preferred

Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure,

using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal

Effective verbal and written communications skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug,

background and criminal checks

Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the

entire shift

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is

necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high

Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where

temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees ahrenheit

Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and

holidays
