Buying & Compliance Manager

Seeking a Buying & Compliance Manager for the SEAKR Procurement team responsible for complete purchasing and supply base management using approved suppliers for assigned commodities.  SEAKR is a growing consumer of highly specialized electronic and mechanical material and services in the aerospace industry. This position will serve as the Buying Manager over a team of approximately 8 direct reports Buyers and the overall Compliance Manager for all for the procurement packages (both PO’s and Subcontracts).  This manager position will require driving the execution of best practices and tools, and workload balancing across numerous different commodity areas for this team.  The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a variety of Supply Chain and Non-Supply Chain areas, including, but not limited to:  Strategic sourcing and source cultivation, Material End-to-End Process management, Supply Chain-to-Program integration, Sales forecasting, Negotiation proficiency, Supply Chain Compliance, creativity and ingenuity.As the Compliance manager this individual will be responsible for:Performance of periodic Pre/Post-Award Audits on Procurement packagesProvide Subject matter Expertise in all aspects of Supply Chain ComplianceSupport/Lead any Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR)Remaining up to date on FAR/DFAR regulations
