We are looking for the right individual to run our high-volume Dairy Queen Grill and Chill location in Sterling, CO. Must have previous management experience in a high volume, fast paced QSR environment. Hiring, training, and managing a staff of up to 30 or more employees will be necessary. You must have the ability to effectively control labor and food costs, while providing top notch service to our fans in a clean environment. An ability to develop the people below you into leaders is also very important. We own some of the highest volume DQs in Colorado and need your help to keep it that way. Come grow with our company. Salary plus bonuses based on Sales, Cost of Goods, and Labor percentages. Pay is competitive and based on your experience and what you can bring to our operation.
