Job Description
Our mobile development team builds and maintains the Mobile Apps and Web Services that power all of the digital experience platforms for REVER customers. We are looking for an experienced leader who can manage daily operations to help grow and maintain our mobile and web applications. You have a strong track record of building and successfully developing mobile products and seamlessly managing product backlogs and roadmaps. You bring together customer and technical insights, define product features, and work with engineering to develop and ship new features.
Our Next REVER Business Manager Will:- Set the strategy and ownthe product roadmap
- Own, manage, measure, and report on key app engagement metrics, growth, subscriptions, and revenue
- Lead a team of team members across marketing, content, product management, and customer service.
- Understand users' needs and they interact with REVER's mobile apps
- Collaborate with the development team to define, design, and ship new features
- Manage the execution of B2B partnerships
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to ensure constant product iteration and improvements
Qualifications
Our Next REVER Business Manager Has:- Extensive mobile application development (iOS, Android) experience for consumer-facing applications
- Product, operations, or general management experience
- Proven leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
- Superior communications skills; able to easily engage with customers, end-users, peers, and executives.
- Excellent understanding of technologies and distributed systems
- Passionate about building great products and solving customer and business problems
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
