Undertakes diverse technical responsibilities for the daily administration of
the County's desktop systems & associated peripherals, encompassing
hardware & software installation, configuration, upgrades,
troubleshooting, testing, & maintenance. Utilizes the County's desktop
mgmt system, incorporating tasks such as remote access, inventory
upkeep, & remote upgrades. Assumes the role of helpdesk technician for LPC
Human Services. Must have exper w/ Windows-based computer systems, LAN
telecommunications, CAT5 cabling. AA degree in related field, A+ cert
desirable
