Party at Red Rocks is seeking dedicated Shuttle Drivers to transport concert-goers safely and efficiently between Denver hotels and the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. This role is crucial to ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable concert experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Punctual Pickups & Drop-offs: Consistently arrive at designated hotel pickup locations on time, as scheduled, to collect passengers. Adhere strictly to the transportation schedule for both drop-offs at Red Rocks and return trips to hotels after concerts.
Safe & Defensive Driving: Operate shuttle vehicles responsibly and safely, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Navigate routes efficiently, considering traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely arrival.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to all passengers. Assist with boarding and exiting the vehicle, and answer any general questions about the shuttle service or Red Rocks (within your scope).
Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the shuttle vehicle. Maintain a clean and tidy shuttle interior for the comfort of passengers. Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
Adherence to Schedule & Policies: Follow all company procedures and policies, especially regarding timing, routes, and passenger conduct. Be prepared for varying end times for concerts, as some nights may run later than others.
Flexibility & Reliability: Demonstrate consistent reliability and a strong commitment to your scheduled shifts. This role requires individuals with open availability for nights and weekends, without conflicting commitments that would impact punctuality or attendance. We cannot accommodate scheduling conflicts related to personal responsibilities such as childcare or other commitments that prevent you from working assigned shifts.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Exceptional punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable.
Open and consistent availability for night and weekend shifts.
Strong knowledge of Denver metropolitan area roads and routes, especially between downtown hotels and Red Rocks.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift and assist passengers with luggage if needed.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Compensation:
$20 per hour, plus tips.
