Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional environment.
Accurately document customer concerns, vehicle issues, and repair requests.
Generate detailed work orders and prioritize tasks for technicians.
Communicate effectively between customers and the repair team, providing updates on service progress.
Estimate repair costs and timelines, and secure approvals.
Manage parts orders, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships.
Maintain records of work completed, warranties, and follow-ups.
Promote additional services when appropriate to enhance customer vehicle performance.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the automotive or diesel repair industry required.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and scheduling.
Familiarity with automotive components and repairs is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
