Responsibilities include:
Operate grading and earthmoving equipment (skid steers, loaders, dozers, excavators, etc.) under the supervision of a foreman or manager without additional training
Required to use PPE and follow company safety policies and procedures
Maintain equipment (apply grease, tighten bolts, clean, filter replacement, fueling, report any necessary repairs to shop, etc.)
Able to lift 75 lbs.
Punctual, reliable, positive attitude, respectable communication with clients and all employees
Clean truck and equipment at the end of the day
Communicate with manager or foreman daily
Participate in daily safety tailgate meetings
Complete timesheet daily to accurately record completed activity on project
Qualifications:
Driver's License is required, CDL not required but preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
Day shift: Monday - Friday
Some travel during the week may be required. Home most weekends. All hotels provided up front and a $100 daily per diem included when you have to work out-of-town and stay over night
