Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information regarding services and solutions.
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage logistics effectively.
Coordinate with dispatching teams to ensure timely delivery of freight.
Maintain accurate records through data entry, ensuring all customer interactions are documented in our systems.
Assist in transportation planning by collaborating with internal teams to optimize routes and schedules.
Provide support for 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations as needed.
Uphold professional phone etiquette while handling customer calls, ensuring a positive interaction every time.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
Familiarity with freight operations and dispatching processes is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on maintaining professionalism at all times.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
