Construction - Residential Elevators
We are looking to hire someone that has some skills and experience in construction that would like to train in residential elevator construction.
Job would begin by being an assistant to a qualified elevator technician. As you progress your skills and knowledge your pay will go up when you are able to do 1) maintenance checks on your own, 2) repairs on your own and/or 3) parts of the installations on your own. Pay is $35-$40 for qualified elevator technicians.
This is for you if you are used to working jobs that require you to do physical labor and enjoy the math of putting things together and trouble shooting. Job requires travel. While we mostly install elevators in the Denver area and Front Range, we install elevators throughout Colorado, Wyoming and sometimes Utah.
The second component is an interest and ability to learn electrical and mechanical skills.
