We are a locally owned and growing window repair company specializing in residential glass replacement, window hardware replacement, glazing bead, balance systems, and full-service window diagnostics. We are looking for a reliable Glazier / Window Repair Technician to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Replacing insulated glass units (IGUs)
Repairing windows: balances, operators, rollers, tilt latches, locks, screens
Installing glazing bead, stops, and misc. window components
Diagnosing window issues for customers
Safely using hand tools and power tools
Interacting professionally with homeowners and property managers
What We’re Looking For
Experience in window repair or glazing preferred, but willing to train the right mechanically inclined person
Comfortable using drills, saws, hand tools, ladders
Clean, professional appearance and good customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift glass and window components safely
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
