We own a small carpentry business in Arvada. We specialize in interior trim work, cabinet making, and many types of exterior trims and decks from custom to basic carpentry. We also occasionally accept smaller remodels to fill schedule.
We are looking to fill two current positions as follows -
1 - Someone with several (3 +) years of carpentry experience as an employee averaging 36 to 45 hrs per week that has basic tools.
2 - We would also consider hiring a motivated individual that is interested in learning the carpentry trade to work along side a lead carpenter as an apprentice. This person must be Teachable and have a good attitude and be willing to work 32-40 hrs per week.
We require our employees Must have a professional appearance on projects, Must be drug free, Must have an appropriate job site vocabulary and interact well with other subcontractors and home owners. A large portion of our projects are in the Lafayette to Boulder area.
It would be to your wage benefit to have past experience with at least some of the following-
cabinet making, cabinet installation, trim moldings, treads & risers, hardware install, built in closets, mantels, pocket hole joinery, hardwood floor installation, Faux beams, door installation, basic framing, remodels, new construction, demolition work.
Our standards are high: you must be Punctual, efficient, have a good attitude even when the work is hard, and maintain the highest levels of craftsmanship with the willingness to learn new techniques or teach a few you may have. Efficiency is very important to our company and will affect your future opportunity with our company greatly.

8. Do you have references and or photos of past projects
9. If you are located out of state when will you be willing to relocate to Co?
