All American Trailers is an established company of 20+ years. Even though we have been around for years, we are still a rapidly growing sales and service cargo and utility Trailer dealership in Commerce City. We are seeking an experienced Trailer Repair & Service Technician Mechanic to join our team immediately. The position requires a candidate with experience in trailer repair or an automotive related repair facility.
Responsibilities:
Service, repair, replace and adjust electric and hydraulic trailer brakes
Service and repair trailer suspensions
Repack bearings
Replace trailer axles
Troubleshoot and repair 12 volt trailer wiring, lights, brakes, etc.
Install brake controllers
Perform welding tasks as necessary
Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
Prior experience in trailer repair or automotive related repair facility
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Knowledge of 12 volt electrical systems
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Valid driver's license
Salary and Benefits:
This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive hourly wage based on experience and current proficiency. Training can be provided if the candidate is solid in the basics.
